The pool was superb and the lunch was fabulous, but the reception needs improvement (if your job doesn’t please you, consider changing). It’s impossible to go out onto the balcony because the window won’t open.

The location was good, but there were no drinks in the room fridge, only a vending machine on the ground floor.

The place is perfect.

The hotel was very nice, clean, and offered good value. The restaurant was excellent, and the waiters and driver were very friendly and helpful. However, it was too far from everything except the airport, and the pool water was not heated, which is disappointing for a hotel of this caliber.
