Everything was clean and updated, and the place is close to the beach and restaurants. Sam was very accommodating, so I’ll definitely stay here again.

Location is great and an unbeatable price for all that's included in the place. Sam is super friendly and kind and wants to make sure everything goes well for your stay. The rare family motel that is clean and respectful. Lots of parking too which is nice. All was well for me, for others sake: it is an ideal place for 1 person or 2 people just using the space to sleep. It's an efficient space with a small table and kitchen to make simple meals, but don't expect to make fancy meals or lounge on a couch for a game/movie. You're a 10 min walk from all that pompano beach has to offer though, just go there for that :)

I received personal attention, but the wall air‑conditioning didn’t blow air into the bed area; a fan fixed that.

The proximity to the beach was great. The hygiene and aesthetics of the place were lacking, leaving a bad impression.
