The only thing I liked about the jacuzzi was that it wasn’t so dirty, and it opened only at 10 am, yet no one came for cleaning. The room and breakfast were disappointing. The room was very small, even uncomfortable, with very low lights that made it darker, and it was hard to get dressed. The bathroom was small with no partition, and the bed was small. The breakfast was very weak; I expected more options. I stayed three days and it was the same thing every time.

“Decepcionante”

The shower was fine, but the room was very small, the bed uncomfortable, and the breakfast was extremely simple for the price of the stay.

I booked a quadruple room, but when I arrived with three friends, we were told we had to pay an extra R$ 300.00 on top of what we paid through the app because the booking said it was only for two people. Where have you seen a quadruple room for two people? Clearly there was an error in the app or at the lodge, and we were not contacted beforehand. They waited for us to settle into the room to resolve these issues. I tried to negotiate in every way, but the management was inflexible. We left that night, four women dragging bags and suitcases through the streets of Jeri, at the high station, having to look for a lodge to stay. TOTALLY EMBARRASSING!

“Ótimo custo benefício e localização”

Great spot and good value. The breakfast was a bit short, but they served freshly scrambled eggs and the staff were friendly. We had a minor issue with the air‑conditioner, which the team fixed right away and it didn’t cause any real trouble.

It was amazing… the receptionist Vitória was incredible. I absolutely loved it and highly recommend it.
