The spot was great, but the dinner at the hotel took forever to arrive.

The staff were professional and the check‑in was quick; the room was spotless and roomy, and the location was perfect for bars, shops, and restaurants near Suzhou Center. The bed was very comfortable and the view was nice. My partner was disappointed that there was no free laundry service and that the dryer didn’t work well.
