There was no way to get to and from the airport because the hotel doesn’t offer dedicated taxi services and the front desk wouldn’t arrange one. Uber isn’t available in the area, so I was worried about getting back for an early flight.

I really liked the location and the entertainment and food areas. Everything else was fine.

The pool and the lady who served us at breakfast were good. The breakfast portions for kids were almost adult size, the food didn’t taste very good, there wasn’t much to eat in the area, the heater didn’t work, the air‑conditioning was dirty, and mold was visible.

Everything was fine. The TV never worked and that happened to several guests, and the hot water never got hot.

The Trova staff and front desk were exceptionally kind and friendly. The room was clean, comfortably cool, and the bed was very clean and comfortable. I also liked that they offered free bicycles for guests. The bike lanes, shared with golf carts and pedestrians, are great for fresh air and exercise around the property. Some improvements are needed: exterior lighting could be brighter at night, the pool area needs more cleaning, and updating the shower fixtures would match the high standard of the rest of the hotel.
