The design made the lobby, elevator, and room feel luxurious; the staff were wonderful. The room could have been a bit cleaner, the TV in the bathroom was broken, the air‑conditioner blew directly onto the bed and couldn’t be adjusted, and the microwave still had leftover food from the previous guest—small issues but notable.

The hotel was spotless and the staff were friendly and accommodating, plus the venue we booked was directly connected to the hotel so we didn’t need any transport. The only downside was the lack of vending machines for convenience items.

The spot was great, but the place itself was in terrible shape. They advertised a pool and a hot tub, yet the hot tub was broken and the pool was so cold I couldn’t use it.
