AC problems with temperature outside at 114! Had to change rooms, but still AC struggled to bring it down for several hours. It had cooled down when we returned from event 5 hours later. Also ice machine was broken

Nothing positive, just that it was very old.

The linens were clean and the bed comfy, and the place is handy if you need to cross the border. However, the room had roaches and the floor looked a bit grimy. The motel building needs a remodel or at least a few repairs, and the walls are so thin you can hear everything from the neighbors.

The peace and quiet were perfect.

I was thoroughly impressed with the hotel's proximity to the border, allowing me to easily walk there. The sole staff member was incredibly attentive and friendly, making my stay feel welcoming. However, I was a bit disappointed with the small wall-mounted TV, which made it difficult to see the screen. Additionally, the room could have benefited from a table lamp and some hangers, and I was a bit surprised to find only one roll of toilet paper provided.
