The property itself was clean, good, and lovely. Unfortunately, the staff weren’t helpful, and when we arrived the restaurant had already run out of most items we’d booked.

The dinner was delicious and the family enjoyed the spa amenities, but there was no air‑conditioning in the bedrooms, making it unbearably hot to sleep, and the hotel only offered an email contact—no phone number—which seemed like a deliberate move to discourage older guests who rely on phone communication.
