The staff were friendly, the view lovely, and the continental breakfast offered plenty of options. The wellness area was nice, though it only opened from 3‑7 pm, and the steam room and one of the three saunas were off, but it was a quiet time. The view from the wellness area was lovely. We don’t want to be too critical, but €30 for a dog to stay is quite a lot; she wasn’t allowed in the restaurant, but they gave us a room up in the bar so we could have breakfast with our dog, which was nice. For €200 we might have expected a slightly more luxurious feel in the bedroom; it was a bit basic, but clean, the bed was comfortable, and everything was very tidy, including the nice bathroom.

Frühstück war hervorragend, viel Auswahl und leckerer Käse und Wurst. Abendessen war auch sehr lecker und große Auswahl an leckeren Salate. Die Bedienungen war bisschen zu schnell. Kaum hatte man die Suppe gegessen haben sie gefragt ob sie das Hauptgericht bringen dürfen. Die Freundlichkeit hat gefehlt. Z.b. man frägt nach dem essen ob es geschmeckt hat. Wir waren um 18 Uhr beim Essen und um 18.50 Uhr waren wir mit dem 4Gange Menü fertig 🫣😓

Very clean and well‑designed, with a great view of Schladming. We booked HP and the food was very tasty. The SPA area is new and very inviting, cozy and spacious. The dinner service is friendly but seems stressed, as one person is responsible for all guests.
