“Allgemein zufrieden - gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis”
I left very satisfied because everything fit my needs and I can’t see why others left bad reviews; the property even offers a scooter if you need one. The only drawback was that the rooms are quite thin‑walled, so you can hear a lot of traffic from the busy street outside.

The rooms were spacious, each with its own balcony and sea view. When we arrived we were told the elevator was out of order and wouldn’t be fixed during our stay; we were placed on the second floor while our friends managed to get a first‑floor room. It seemed the lift had been broken for a while. The building itself was in poor shape, with mold and water stains being painted over with white paint almost daily, and the roof showed many visible leaks and damage. Breakfast options were very limited and the same every day. There was no bar on the premises, so we had to go out for an evening drink.

The hotel sits on a fine sandy beach with a lovely sea view, and the pool runs parallel to the water—something we really appreciated, even though it feels a bit small for the size of the property. The water sometimes smells slightly off, and the restaurant faces the sea. Our room was spacious and the balcony was nice. A loud road runs in front of the hotel, and even at night it’s noisy. On weekends, some guests stayed late, playing loud music and swimming in the pool, which made it hard to sleep. The shower lacked a curtain or divider, so the bathroom flooded every time we showered; the drain was too small and there was only a tiny fan, leaving puddles day and night. We felt our pillows and blankets got damp. The front‑desk staff spoke only limited English, making it difficult to ask questions or raise concerns. I’m also unclear why the hotel brands itself as a wellness resort; I booked it to do regular yoga, but there’s only one class a week and no other wellness offerings. Overall, the service didn’t meet our expectations and the price felt unjustified, so I won’t stay here again.

The pool is poorly maintained, with almost no grout left between the tiles, making it uncomfortable to move through the water, and the surrounding area looks aged and neglected. The restaurant’s menu is interesting but the prices are considerably higher than those of nearby eateries that are just a few meters away. Because the hotel sits right on a busy road, it’s advisable to request a sea‑view room to reduce traffic noise, but be wary of “sea‑view” promises—only a handful actually offer an unobstructed view, many looking instead at the garden or a building that blocks the sea. Breakfast was also a let‑down: while the selection is fairly large, the quality of the items is mediocre, with few truly good choices. Restaurant tables are often dirty and sticky, which is unacceptable for a property of this supposed standard. As for the rooms… where to begin?
