The room was spacious and the facilities were good, but the housekeeping didn't clean our room at all during the weekend we stayed.

The breakfast had a good range – fruit, pastries, coffee, and more. The room was spotless and tidy. The location is great. I felt the place was more like a shared apartment; everything seemed cramped, and for a residence the room should be closed off. I ended up staying at a nicer condo for less money in Santo Domingo.

The in‑room kitchen facilities and the comfy bed were great, the breakfast was excellent and the staff were attentive, and the highlight was definitely the La Aurora cigar lounge; I have nothing to criticize.
