The room and the hotel surroundings were very tidy, and the staff were pleasant. The price‑to‑quality ratio was spot on. Daily cleaning was done, and the pool always had space. The balcony offered great views. At the Casablanca restaurant linked to the hotel, not all menu items were available; only the daily dish was offered, which changed each day, and some smaller dishes were missing. That wasn’t a big deal because there were plenty of good restaurants nearby.

Rooms were cleaned each day. The views of the sea and Chania were amazing, and the location was good, close to amenities and bus stops. The steps could be a problem for people with mobility issues.

Everything was excellent, the location in Chania was the best choice, the view was great, it was clean, the staff were friendly, and it was quiet. The beach and the bus stop were just a few minutes’ walk away. Highly recommended. See you next year.

A fantastic boutique hotel! The location was great, close to the beach, restaurants, shops, and buses, making it a good base for exploring that part of the island without a car. The shallow pool for kids was a big convenience for families. The staff were lovely, and the sea view was beautiful. Thank you and we recommend it.

The location was peaceful. The hotel’s pool area was also open to non‑guests, which caused disturbances because there were no rules and people behaved recklessly, swimming over each other and jumping. Parents didn’t care or forbid it, and neither did the hotel or restaurant staff.
