The spot on the lakefront is solid, and the beds and shower feel good. The breakfast that comes with the stay is tiny, offering only coffee or orange juice, not both, and no fruit unless you order the granola bowl. The staff lag behind when serving guests and when wiping empty glasses by the pool. Outside food or drinks aren’t allowed on the property, and there’s no fridge in the room. Jet ski rentals are twice the usual lake price. Dining in the hotel restaurant up the hill costs an extra $6 USD for a staff member to shuttle you back, and the internal shuttle is an added fee. Airport or taxi shuttles require you to arrange them yourself and end up costing more than Uber.
