Having Utsunomiya Station right in front makes getting around a breeze, and the staff were friendly, so we enjoyed a comfortable stay. If I had to point something out, the automated parking garage entrance was exposed to a heavy downpour, and a larger roof covering the path to the hotel entrance would have been appreciated.
