The lady was friendly and let us drop our bags early in the morning while we waited for our arrival later. The place was tidy, and there was a chance to sit outside. Parking on the premises was a great advantage. The nearby train line made daytime noise, especially outside, but it didn’t disturb the room at night.

Everything, absolutely. Nicole is a dear woman who pays attention to every detail so your stay shines. I highly recommend her to anyone who wants a pleasant stay in Cannes, with parking included and very close to the seafront. Nothing to complain about.

Good location and distance to the city, but no working air‑conditioner! The fridge only held water bottles and couldn’t be used.
