The staff took care of all my needs and the building itself is awesome, but because it’s an old structure with thick walls my phone struggled to connect to the network.

The location is very convenient and full of charm, but there was no hot water when I arrived; the host explained how to fix it and the issue was resolved, and he was very helpful and responsive.

I had a nightmare experience! The shower barely worked because the water flow was just a weak trickle, there was no Wi‑Fi, almost no light because the bulbs were dimming, no windows and the air felt stale. I called him repeatedly to fix the issue and he refused to answer, even ignoring messages. The worst part was that at 12 am the hostel owner walked straight into my room and demanded to know about my credit card. A truly traumatic night.
