I was impressed by the value for money, especially the spacious room and the friendly welcome, but the early‑morning noise from the nearby supermarket was annoying, and the breakfast bar close by had unclear pricing.

“Potrebbe migliorare”

The mattress and the price were good, yet there was no bidet—just a shower—missing towel racks, no bathroom shelf, only two hooks and a small storage, no bedside lamps, a yellow‑stained pillow, a dirty plastic bathroom cup whose bag wasn’t sealed, and three bright wall spots each with a glaring lamp.

The location was fine, but the room lacked a proper bidet, only an uncomfortable, non‑working shower that required a spring‑pressed button lasting 3 seconds, forcing me to use the shower as a bidet, which felt unhygienic; nighttime was plagued by a constant, irritating noise that sounded like a running autoclave or water‑pumping engine, amplified by the silence, leaving me sleepless; in 35 years of travel I’ve never seen an air‑conditioning surcharge of 10 euros, and no one asked me for it; there was no fridge in the room, or at least a key‑locked one in the wardrobe with another extra charge; I’m sorry to write this negative review, but this is what I experienced; the price was great, but if you add hidden fees, you lose the benefit of having everything unrestricted.

“Sconsiglio vivamente”

La posizione andava bene per ciò di cui avevamo bisogno, la camera abbastanza spaziosa. La pulizia della camera andava abbastanza bene: l’area notte si, il bagno avrei tolto il tappetino umido e un po’ macchiato per i piedi e la doccia aveva del calcare e i soffitti che si scrostavano penso per l’umidità. La colazione che è fuori dalla struttura in un bar per il quale si hanno dei voucher per un cornetto e un caffè espresso e basta. La camera dicevano che fosse coibentata a 20/22 gradi quindi non abbiamo pagato il supplemento di 10 euro al giorno per l’aria condizionata, ma poi di notte abbiamo fatto la sauna praticamente. Io ho avuto problemi con il gestore per alcuni commenti inopportuni, poi è entrato in stanza mentre eravamo a letto e all’ingresso in struttura ci ha dato di una pietra in regalo per cui poi ci ha fatto mettere in posa per postare sui social la fotografia con nomi e provenienza presi immagino dai documenti. Il tutto è stato abbastanza forzato e l’ho fatta rimuovere. Quindi sono andata via un giorno prima e mi sono rivolta all’assistenza. Poi magari negheranno come hanno fatto con l’assistenza ma pazienza, io scrivo la recensione per altri eventuali clienti. Poi al massimo leggete anche altri commenti e vi farete un’idea. Finisco poi dicendo che mi è stato scritto dalla struttura, prima che mi rivolgessi all’assistenza, che siamo stati degli ospiti educati ed osservanti delle regole
