The front‑desk staff were friendly, but the room felt like a wreck; the spring mattress was a standard double and very hard—should have been a larger double. The oven was broken, and everything was disassembled messily. I could imagine the grand opening, but maintenance fell through, and I kept hearing the neighbor singing karaoke until 4 a.m.

Besides the cool décor, nothing else stood out. I checked in at 8 p.m. and left at 11 p.m.; if I had stayed until 12 p.m. I could have slept on the bed and watched TV for a short time (in clothes) before my whole body started itching—no allergy, just a lot of invisible bacteria. If your skin is a bit sensitive, avoid this place (this was the most extreme room among many I stayed in). When other guests showered, the water temperature fluctuated wildly, as if the hot water was all sucked out.
