“Frustração”

The location was fine. The cleaning was poor: the staff who cleaned the breakfast table threw the trash on the floor, and the room was not tidy.

The location was great, the service was excellent, but the room’s facilities could use improvement—for instance, the room I stayed in had only two power outlets, one in the bathroom and one in a separate area, but none at the head of the bed.

The location was good, breakfast was simple but tasty, the pool was nice, the rooms were clean, and the staff were friendly. The internet didn’t work and they just said “that’s how it is” and kept trying; I wouldn’t recommend it if you need Wi‑Fi for work. The gym equipment didn’t work and the mattresses were too soft.

“Falando especificamente do Hotel foi precária!”

The staff were very polite and helpful. The facilities were in terrible condition—everything was old, the beds were broken, the bathrooms were in awful shape. It was lamentable.
