The cleaning was poor and the location terrible; I had to call the company to come back and clean because the house was dirty. The beds were awful, and the deposit isn’t refunded until 20 days later.

The house looks nice, but they won’t return my deposit. I’ve rented here twice and never got my deposit back, and my friends have had the same issue. Only rent if you’re willing to give them £200 as a gift.
