The facilities were dirty, and we had to change rooms three times; everything else was bad.

The rooms were clean, yet the kitchenette doors were loose and I was surprised to learn a towel would cost 12 75 to launder. As a disabled guest, I asked for a lower floor and was told elevators were unavailable, so I ended up in the furthest east side room on the second floor. The location was great, close to everything, but I won't stay again; someone was smoking weed in the hotel, and I don't want to be affected by other people's lifestyles. When I asked the desk if I could be moved, they said no. I won't recommend it.
