The room was nice and a comfortable size, and the staff were friendly and polite. A short walk takes you to the top of Soi 11. The street has steady traffic, though it moves slowly. The upper part of Soi 11, Nana Central, is either a plus or minus depending on what you want—it's a bit of emerging India.

The hotel sits on a side street off the busy road, about a 13‑15 minute walk to Terminal 21 Mall and Nana skytrain, and offers a shuttle at 10:00/11:00/14:00/15:00/16:00 that you can book an hour in advance. The exterior is hard to spot and there’s no parking, but once inside the air smells wonderfully fresh and a very friendly staff member named Fern greets you at the front desk. The hotel features a nice pool and we stayed in a spacious family room ❤️. The downside is the pool closes at 22:00, the doorman was unhelpful—he stayed in a corner with his phone, didn’t open doors, and was not friendly—and the shower layout with the door and mat was inconvenient, leaving everything wet; a sliding door would have been better, though slippers were provided for the damp floor.
This was our second stay at this clean, well‑located, comfortable hotel; the staff were lovely and we’ll be back next year.
