The room was clean, thank you. Unfortunately the staff didn't speak Finnish, which made it hard to understand.

The location is good and the hotel is tidy. The basic breakfast is fine.

Excellent location, we don’t spent much time in the room so for us it was really good condition. It was a bit confusing when there is same name hotel with the spa and I genuinely thought the spa was included in the price of the room but we had to buy it separately to get in there

The staff were really friendly, which is quite rare in Tallinn based on my experience. Huge thanks for that. The hotel’s location is great, within walking distance of the harbor, the old town, Viru Center, etc. The room was large but lacked warmth and coziness. The air was damp and the mattresses were hard. The mattress springs rubbed against the floor, leaving the floor covered in white dust and dirt. They could have changed shifts. I also wished there was a kettle.
