The apartment is pleasant and comes with all the necessary comforts. I especially liked the veranda where you can have breakfast or even dine outdoors amid the countryside.

What did we like about the place? Everything! Mrs. Lavinia welcomed us like family, the property is simply stunning. The room was spotless, the newly renovated bathroom was spacious and well‑lit. The location is unbeatable, far from noise, perfect for relaxation and peace. The hotel is only a few minutes from Giannella beach, yet you can easily reach the entire Monte Argentario coast. It’s also a great spot to get to Capalbio and other nearby villages. Mrs. Lavinia served breakfast in the patio, all delicious, with homemade cakes and jams! It was wonderful to enjoy breakfast outdoors with the birds chirping in the background. Nothing negative – we loved everything and highly recommend it!

Great bed‑and‑breakfast in a convenient spot for sea and villages. Lavinia was an excellent host. Highly recommended. Nothing negative, everything was great.

Mrs. Lavinia is very kind and attentive to guests’ needs. Her breakfasts are top quality. It was nice chatting with her every morning (she suggested restaurants and beaches to visit). We tried her own olive oil – fantastic! We recommend buying it. Our stay was very pleasant.
