Everything was exceptional: the place is charming, the location is next to everything, the breakfast is excellent and served by two kind Ukrainian women and a very friendly big boss. Nothing to add.

Great location; the staff were very kind and helpful; I really appreciated being able to leave my luggage at the property after check‑out and even use the bathroom. The elevator is missing.

Rodolfo’s treatment and the breakfast service were splendid. Nothing else. Rodolfo and the breakfast service were very attentive, even recommended restaurants and trips. We had some flight issues and they helped us coordinate our stay.

We spent a fantastic time in Venice staying at these apartments; the spot is absolutely perfect for exploring the city. We booked a room for four and were pleasantly surprised that every room had its own private bathroom, making the stay very comfortable. Everything was spotless and came with all the necessary amenities. In the morning we had a delicious breakfast, great coffee, and genuinely warm service. A big thanks for letting us drop off our luggage for free after check‑out so we could stroll around Venice without stress. Thank you again! We’ll definitely book here next time we’re back.
