Very helpful people. First gave me detailed info about the city and then, after checkout, send my forgotten stuff to other state. Also despite early checkout, gave me free breakfast to go. It's not Hilton but quite fine. There were several shutdowns, but it seems common problem in India. While these moments if you turn on light in bathroom(via battery) you get very loud noise from the fan. Also hard to remember what every of 10 switches do

The staff always smile, though they don’t speak English; the manager does but isn’t always present, yet they still try to understand and help. Breakfast is good, and the ghats are a 20‑minute walk away. The mattress is terribly uncomfortable, with springs clearly felt through it, making sleep difficult.

I managed to do an early check‑in well in advance for a small fee, which let me rest. They also swapped my room at no extra cost because mine had no window. The rooms are very simple but perfect for unwinding from the city. There are a few small details that could be improved, but overall it does its job.

Starting from the premise that we were looking for a place in the heart of Varanasi to walk around, the property is ideal. The guys running it are super helpful and eager to help. You have to go in with the mindset of adapting.
