Very clean and spacious. There were no hangers or hooks for clothing; adding hooks in the bathroom would be helpful.

“Empfehle ich nicht weiter”

The place was very clean, and the check‑in process was easy to use. However, there was no window in the bedroom that could be opened, and there was a door that led directly onto the street, which felt unsafe. The bed was very unstable and creaked with every small movement. The walls to adjacent rooms were very thin, so it felt like people were sitting in my own bed. The boilers were extremely loud, and I woke up multiple times at night from the boiler noises in other rooms. Unfortunately, my luggage was not handled within two hours after check‑in.

“Overall good for a short stay, but I wouldn’t like to stay here again for reasons explained above.”

The location was quite good, with shops, cafes, and a bus stop nearby. The flat itself is okay, but there are no windows, making it hard to let in fresh air; the only small window is in the bathroom, which isn’t enough to ventilate the whole room. The bed is not very comfortable and makes a strange noise when you turn at night. The walls are very thin, and starting at 7 am you can literally hear everything happening around the flat—neighbors showering and talking, shops opening, dogs barking, etc. Importantly, the hosts were not very friendly. After a negative experience with a scam involving self‑check‑in a few days earlier at a different accommodation (where the hosts were very understanding, responded immediately, and warned me against replying to unknown parties), I had doubts this time and could only talk to an AI agent that was useless; the hosts replied that I should have waited because they were on lunch break. That was not very polite. Generally, it’s confusing when two agents from the same accommodation contact you via WhatsApp to ask for check‑in these days, on top of being asked to do the same via booking.

The rooms were clean and the bathroom was modern and spacious, but the bed was of very poor quality and made huge noises with every turn, and the other room faced the side‑carriage wall so every resident’s hallway walk caused significant disturbances.

The location was spectacular in a very good area, everything was clean and comfortable, yet when we arrived the code wasn’t sent properly and we had trouble getting in.
