The apartment was very nice, had everything we needed, was super comfortable and clean, the kitchen was well equipped, the couch and chairs were cosy, and the bed was firm and comfortable. It was very quiet at night and close to the Aerial lift and the Canal district, with water views and a small deck as a bonus. It was walkable to downtown Duluth, and we really enjoyed our stay. Everything was fabulous.

We loved the views, the comfy living room furniture, and the balcony, but the stairwell felt hot and stuffy.

The location was amazing and the open‑plan kitchen/living area was lovely, but the beds and pillows were uncomfortable.

The building is beautiful, with great views from the 3rd floor overlooking Lake Superior; it sits just across the bridge, so most Canal Park activities are within walking distance, and the deck was spacious and nice to use, yet there is no elevator and the kitchen windows look directly into the middle unit’s bedroom and living room.

It was easy to walk to restaurants and we enjoyed watching the boats arrive at the harbor.
