The hotel’s location is convenient, but the phone service was often unreachable. Beware: the listed address was incorrect—neither the hotel nor Google Maps showed the right one. The actual address is Jl. Raya Mangga Besar No. 31 9, RT.9/RW.5, Mangga Besar, Kec. Taman Sari, Kota Jakarta Barat, Daerah Khusus Ibukota Jakarta 11180, and it took me three hours to discover this. The staff knew the address was wrong but seemed only mildly interested in correcting it, and I couldn’t reach anyone by phone or WhatsApp while searching for the hotel. Good luck finding it!
