The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the accommodation was generally well‑maintained and clean. The room was tiny, about 10 qm, with a compact layout that included a double bed, a single bed, a small wardrobe, a shelf, and a mini‑fridge mounted on the wall. The toilet and shower resembled a child’s toilet, offering only lukewarm water and moderate pressure. The balcony was large enough for a table and chairs, but there was only a single towel rack on the wall. Towels were laughable—very thin shower cloths that did nothing, and fabric napkins served as tiny towels. The pool was tiny, and there was no slide. The photos seemed outdated or Photoshop‑ed. Bicycles were available, but their condition was mediocre: brakes didn’t really work and the saddle couldn’t be secured. Breakfast was a complete disappointment: instead of fresh bread, there were only reheated mini‑baguettes, toast, rusk, or pre‑packed crackers, canned fruit, and no fresh fruit. There was one platter of salami, one of cooked ham, one of mild cheese, another platter of cheese, plus Philadelphia and spreadable cheese corners. There were small bowls of cucumbers and tomatoes. Sweet pastries were either reheated brioche empty or with jam, two different sliced cakes, and two kinds of cookies. The highlight for the kids was the pancakes with Nutella. The scrambled eggs were very good and fluffy, the bacon was okay, and none of us tried the sausages. The carrot juice press was popular. No animation was offered for older kids, and we were surprised that our 8‑ and 13‑year‑olds didn’t want to draw or do crafts. Baby Dance was, of course, a hit. The beach loungers were more expensive than those at the neighboring Bagno, even with a discount. The hotel is centrally located and easily reachable by the Metromare. The hotel was very clean, the pool was great with slides for kids, and there were plenty of activities for children; the entertainers and staff were very polite. They even prepared welcome and goodbye gifts for the kids. Nothing negative.
