The staff were very helpful, and the location was very convenient with good restaurants just around the corner, shopping centers 10‑15 minutes on foot, and highway connections. The breakfast was abundant and of good quality. The furniture was too large for the room, making it feel smaller than it actually is, and some renovation work was ongoing.

When we arrived, many areas were still under renovation, making it hard to move in and out of the hotel and causing occasional noise. The shower drain in our room didn’t work well, and there were other bathroom issues.

The staff were friendly and the location was good. The parking at Place du Parc was full, and the breakfast kitchen was still under renovation, but it was still decent.

The hotel’s location, room cleanliness, and breakfast were excellent. Most importantly, Kemal Bey and all the staff were very attentive, and I’m grateful for their kindness and courtesy.

The location was good, and all the staff were very nice, especially Gizem who was very helpful and Gökcem gave good food tips. The hotel is currently building a café, which caused some noise, but that’s temporary because construction sites in Turkey are usually finished quickly; in Germany it would take years or decades.
