The location was good. We had an elderly person with crutches. The steep staircase up to the rooms was scary and long. No elevator worked. I don’t think this hotel meets the standard you expect from a hotel.
“En dyr opplevelse med en touch av 90-tallet.”
The room was clean, the location central with free parking, and the breakfast was good; the check‑in worked smoothly using a code sent by SMS or email. However, given the building, room, facilities, and lack of reception after hours, it turned out to be one of the most expensive places I’ve paid for—1690.- for a single room—especially considering I travel a lot around Norway for work and have plenty of comparisons in both large and small cities.
“Greit nok for ei natt.”
The beds were good, but the room was cramped and narrow, the parking was bad, and there was no reception.
“Dette er ikke hotell - men, motell.”
The staff were friendly and the breakfast was decent, but there was trash in the back yard, a bad smell in the room, and the furniture was worn and stained.
“Hyggelig og sentralt”
The place is very central and has its own parking, and the lady at reception was very pleasant during check‑in. The room was worn, and the bathroom in particular would have benefited from a renovation.
