When I turned on the tap to shower, the water suddenly stopped; I called the front desk and they fixed it within 15 minutes so I could shower again. I appreciated how quickly they handled the issue, which made me want to stay again. At check‑in, the staff kept asking for my passport photo over and over, which pushed the process to more than 30 minutes and was a bit inconvenient, but they did give me a free bottle of water, which was nice.
