The hotel’s spot is spot‑on, making the pool view and the room terrace look amazing. The pool is spotless and the water’s at a nice temperature for swimming. The place is old‑fashioned, yet you can see they’re putting in effort to keep it well maintained. It’s clean. The staff are very friendly and responsive. The food tastes great. The price‑to‑quality ratio is excellent. Some items should be replaced, like curtains and towels, but overall there’s nothing to complain about.

Our visit to Hotel Panorama, Aprilci was a real pleasure! From the moment we checked in, we were greeted with a smile, attention, and wonderful hospitality. The hotel sits amid the stunning nature of Stara Planina, with beautiful views and tranquility that makes you forget everyday life. The room was cozy, clean, and comfortable, and the overall vibe of the hotel is warm and welcoming. The courteous staff and their desire for every guest to feel special left a strong impression. The spot is a great choice for a full‑blown vacation or nature walks. There was nothing I didn’t like, I’d gladly return!
