I booked a single room and it was very clean and tidy; I liked the self‑check‑in system even though it might not suit everyone. Arriving at the O2 show, the location was convenient and close to the venue, offering good value for money. However, although the description said the room had private toilets and a shower, you actually have to leave the room to use them (when booking a single, I understood the other rooms have in‑room facilities). The shower is private, but anyone in the other rooms can enter it (though there is a lock from the inside). There is a shower stall but no towel.

The proximity to a bus and train station was great, the surroundings were peaceful, and the air conditioning was lifesaving during the heatwaves. The downside was having to remove shoes when going up the stairs; I would have preferred to do that in front of the room or have unused slippers handed out at the vestibule entrance.

We found the place very comfortable and welcoming; breakfast was excellent and the services were great. Franco was also very helpful.
