As a Lemon Tree member, I book here every time I travel, yet the cleanliness left a lot to be desired: dust was everywhere, the sofa was unclean, and housekeeping didn’t tidy the room before we arrived. Breakfast was overpriced too—2 omelets and tea cost 1100 rupees, which feels unjustified. In Jaipur, our Lemon Tree room also had thick dust in the room and bathroom, suggesting a lack of supervision over housekeeping.

The location, security, cleanliness, breakfast, and overall service from the hotel staff and canteen were excellent. However, basic daily housekeeping items—towels, bed sheets, hand soap, saving kits, tissues, water bottles, toothbrushes, and toothpaste—were only supplied after we asked for them, which is frustrating because these should be standard.
