The location was good, but because we’re in Gujarat the food didn’t cater to Gujarati tastes. Every day the menu was almost the same. The waiters didn’t make eye contact, and the restaurant service was pathetic.

The property was okay, but the service was very bad. The room had nothing: no dryer, no dental kit, no extra water bottles, no towels, and there were cockroaches in the bathroom. Also, there were no tissues.

The hotel sits just a stone's throw from Jamnagar’s market and shopping spots, so we loved strolling around. Even though it’s in the heart of town, the place stays quiet and uncluttered. The staff were courteous and helpful, especially when they arranged an early breakfast for us before our flight. No complaints at all.

The staff were friendly and always ready to help, and the food was tasty while the rooms stayed spotless. The only downside was that the bathroom lacked an exhaust fan.
