“Quiet place but needs attention to few things.”

The place was perfectly positioned for two friends walking along the coast. Both rooms were double, which was a bonus. The shower was great and the kitchen had most of what you need. The evening was quiet. However, the outdoor decking couldn’t be used because the furniture and cushions were damp and mouldy. The bedrooms were cramped and the bed was a bit uncomfortable. Some kitchen utensils were broken or missing, so we had to improvise. Wi‑Fi, which was advertised, was missing, and the lack of a TV was disappointing after a long day of walking.

“Never again.”

The show was good. The caravan next door was noisy until the early hours, and it faced a road with fast‑moving vehicles. The outdoor decking and chairs were covered in mossy grime and unusable. Inside, the entire place smelled awful; bedroom curtains were mouldy, and there were patches of mould on the ceiling. Plug sockets were taped over. We couldn’t get heating in bedroom 1, and there was no heating in bedroom 2. The sofa area’s seating base was broken. The TV didn’t work; we had to buy batteries to try pairing it with a mobile network, but it failed, so we returned the batteries. We couldn’t heat the living room and use the TV at the same time because there was only one working socket. The whole place was dirty, and there was no bottle opener.

The caravan had everything we needed for our weekend break: the beds were very comfy, it was great value for money, and it was very clean. Although the TV could have been an issue, we were well informed and it didn’t matter at all because we didn’t watch TV. The caravan site was lovely and peaceful, with a running stream that sounded amazing in the quiet surroundings. Thank you for letting us stay and we hope to be back next year for a little longer.

“Not worth the stay.”

The place is dirty. The veranda is dirty, chairs and throw pillows. The light from the kitchen was not working. The lounge sofa, dining sofa, throw pillows, carpets are dirty. It felt like the caravan was abandoned for a very long time. Reported but no response.

“Overall it was good except internet issue and shop”

It was very clean and tidy. Calm and beautiful location. Internet was not working/available, so kids were not happy. It’s mentioned that there is a shop inside the property but there is no shop, so we had to go far for quick shopping.
