The room was spacious and close to shops and restaurants, but the pillows were too soft even though I had requested them during booking and was told they weren’t available, the hallway lights were dim, the table in the room seemed random and blocked the bathroom entrance, and the towels looked worn.

They let us use the cafeteria during our stay; the room was a double bed, the toilet door was glass with a 3‑centimetre gap that made it visible and very uncomfortable for my friends, the bed was too soft and my husband kept waking up when I turned, breakfast was not tasty, and the room only had a bed and one chair, so when I asked for another chair I was told no and no explanation was given.
