The hotel is good, clean, and the breakfast is tasty. The atmosphere is pleasant and the rooms are comfortable and tidy. The pest problem in the pool area is uncomfortable, and the coffee could be better.

The staff were incredibly supportive, helpful, and kind, but the mattress felt a bit hard.

The balcony with the hammock, the décor, the hotel music, and the excellent staff all add extra value. The WhatsApp support was not very good; they only replied after a few days.

The décor is relaxing and calm, the order and cleanliness are good, and the various areas offered are nice. The staff are very friendly and efficient.
