The hotel exceeded my expectations in every way, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a top-notch experience
The location was perfect, close to some fantastic restaurants and in a safe part of Rochester
The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, answering all my questions with a smile
The beds were also very comfortable, even if I didn't get much sleep

“The front desk gal DD is so kind and understanding and treats you like family! She is a keeper! She goes out of your way”
Right next to Mayo hospital. The daily $20 parking should show in the price of the room vs finding out that is additional when get there
“Location is great. Nothing else is.”
Location. Weak WiFi Housekeeping never serviced the room
“The staff is helpful and friendly and the room was clean and comfortable.”
The hotel looked clean and pleasant, yet the elevator was stuck outside in the parking lot and felt cramped and hard to get into.
Didn't have it. Construction. Rate should have been GREATLY reduced
“I look forward to staying here again simply because of the location and overall experience!”
The place was spotless and the vibe overall felt cozy, but we had to deal with construction that knocked out a bunch of amenities.
