While this hotel had a great location, just a 3-minute walk from the main piazza, the WiFi was a major letdown. Despite being located near the reception area, the internet connection was slow and unreliable, making it difficult to stay connected.

“Super location with Lovely Staff”

This hotel's prime location and super-friendly staff made for a wonderful stay. We were upgraded to a room with an en-suite bathroom at no extra cost, and the common area was cozy and well-equipped. However, the shower head was broken, and the main light in the bathroom didn't work, which was a bit of a nuisance.

“The small really good iconic hotel which is located in Centre of Vienna my experience was amazing thank you so much!)”

The location of this hotel was really good, making it easy to get around and explore the area. However, I didn't have any other notable experiences during my stay, so I can only comment on the hotel's proximity to local attractions.

“Close to Piazza”

I stayed at a hotel in the heart of the city, just a stone's throw away from the famous Piazza. The staff was friendly and went out of their way to help me with anything I needed. However, the hotel itself is quite basic, but it's a great option if you're looking for a no-frills place to rest your head.

“Despite the good location, i would try to find a hotel with better standards next time”

My stay at this hotel was a mixed bag. On the one hand, the staff was pleasant and welcoming, but on the other hand, the hotel's lack of amenities was a major letdown. The breakfast was not included and was pretty subpar, and the stairways were incredibly loud due to rowdy guests returning late at night.
