The property sits beautifully on the edge of Fall River; despite being on a main road, the rooms stayed quiet. Under the sofa bed, I found trash from a previous guest, and the toilet seat was loose—when I tightened it, several layers of old sticky pee were on the bolts.

It was a basic hotel that was relatively clean and well maintained. The standard breakfast was typical, with nothing exceptional in the room or around the hotel. Everything else was fine, just an older dated hotel with typical wear and tear. The staff were very accommodating, and the large grassy area at the back was great for walking our dog.

The location was good. There is no elevator, which wasn’t mentioned in the description. When I grabbed a towel from the rack next to the shower, the entire rack assembly collapsed. The shower head was nasty, the fins on the AC unit were dirty, and the TV remote didn’t work.

The place is run down. Furniture is worn, water damage to the ceiling in the bathroom. Shower head is broken and sprayed all over. Breakfast was bad. Probably powdered eggs. Not much variety. Staff was nice but would not stay there again. Poor quality

The bed and location was convenient with lots of parking . for the price I guess we got what we paid for . The breakfast was terrible , no meat no fruit , it was just awful we ended up leaving hungry
