Everything was perfect: the location, the balcony room with a stunning view of the river where you could see hippos, crocodiles, etc.; the room was spacious with a comfortable bed, the place was very secure—a true haven of peace. The only issue was that the room‑service meal we could order was cold, which was a pity.

The accommodation impressed with its dreamy location right on the Crocodile River, and meals were also served on the terrace. The staff were very nice and attentive and even prepared the food. The bed was very comfortable. However, our room could have been cleaner and less sterile, with no wall décor or charm at all. The bathroom was a disappointment: the shower was dirty, mold in the seams, and the toilet made very odd noises.

The view was great, and the front desk staff were very friendly. The breakfast bar‑restaurant didn’t run smoothly; we wanted just a few lattes, but after waiting 15 minutes we had to leave because nothing had even started being prepared.
