The staff were kind. The owner’s disdain for guests was evident when I had an accident from a faulty glass door in our room, which required 10 stitches on my leg… plus two nights without electricity, so no air‑conditioning in August. The owner never responded to our messages during the stay and merely sent a curt note demanding €300 for replacing the defective glass without providing an invoice. I strongly advise against staying here.

A nice small hotel with a very clean room! Nothing to complain about! However, a few notes: the lady who handled breakfast and reception speaks no English (everything is through Google Translate), breakfast wasn’t extensive, and because there’s nothing else to offer, coffee/tea facilities should be in place! That’s just a side remark! The fact that absolutely no one spoke a word of English!

The staff were very friendly and the location was perfect for visiting Salento, but the breakfast was repetitive with only bread, ham and industrial cheese; the cappuccinos, however, were delicious.
