The pool was enjoyable. Breakfast was awful, overcrowded, and the food was terrible. The bathrooms were dirty and overall the quality was very low.

Nothing good to mention. After checking two rooms that were both in bad shape, we decided not to stay. The desk clerk was polite and offered to compensate us with a breakfast, but we declined and returned the “goody bag” that came with the room. The furniture looked like it had been salvaged from a dumpster; the desk chair’s upholstery was shredded and the foam was sticking out, while the armchair seemed to have been soiled. I couldn’t wait to leave. A male staff member escorted us to view a second room next door, and it was in the same poor condition. Seeing the state of these two rooms, we chose not to risk staying at this hotel. In all my hotel stays across the U.S. and Europe, I’ve never seen such conditions. The only worse experience was in Montreal, Canada, when we accidentally booked a room in the “red light” district.
