Juan Carlos at reception was very kind to us when we arrived very early; he was the best member of the front‑desk staff we dealt with during our stay and always sought solutions to our questions. There was no way to connect a phone directly via USB, and we didn’t have an adapter for the Argentine plug type.

The room and bathrooms were spacious. The receptionist was friendly and told us where to eat, even though it was a Sunday well past lunch time because we were just arriving from a trip. The hotel is two blocks from Paseo Güemes, a zone with plenty of dining options. The hotel’s restaurant closes on Sundays, so we couldn’t eat there. The heated pool area isn’t well heated; although the water temperature is fine, the surroundings feel too cold. On the first floor, where I stayed, there is a damp smell in the hallways.
