The property was clean and the room spacious, with a massive terrace, though it offered zero privacy if other guests were around. It was marketed as a resort, yet the spa was non‑functional and the lake was more of a large pond; I was disappointed. Breakfast was pathetic, but that might be due to the place being almost empty.

The rooms were enormous, with a large terrace, a big wardrobe, a comfy bed, and a roomy bathroom. Breakfast was delicious, and the beach was close, which was a plus. The bowling and billiards weren’t always open and, unfortunately, they charged an extra fee for guests.

The entire hotel’s facilities were well equipped, great for free time, especially for kids. The lights were extremely bright at night, shining directly into the room windows; curtains didn’t help. The card‑reader in the room kept blinking, which was annoying.

The lake was clean, there were water slides for kids, and inflatable play areas. There was no hot water in the shower for my 3‑year‑old; I reported it three times at reception, but the young lady seemed uninterested in the issue and was chatting with a boyfriend. I returned to the room late and couldn’t use the hot tub.
