The staff were very friendly, thoughtful, and always reachable from a distance; the room had everything I needed and looked good. It’s on a fairly busy road with a lot of noise, so earplugs are a good idea.

It was a twin room, yet the amenities were only for one person.

The location is very convenient, close to all three major subway lines; the room was decently sized and cozy, with plenty of storage; there’s a free washer/dryer; check‑in and check‑out were easy. The bathroom closet on the third floor had a very strong sewer gas smell; the shower was a bit cramped; and there were no fresh linens unless I did the laundry myself.

The room was good with a spacious bathroom and they answered questions very quickly. There was also a terrace. The building didn’t have an elevator.
