“Brilliant location, best view, penthouse vibe!”
The terrace is huge and fully furnished, and from the 6th floor you get a stunning view of the Amalfi Coast, Capri, and Vesuvius right behind the terrace. Parking on the property is a big plus. However, the furniture, appliances, and sanitary fixtures are worn out, the living‑room TV is missing, and the TVs in the room are old and not smart. The place really needs a full refurbishment to feel like a modern apartment.

The check‑in information was clear, the view was good, there was a parking spot in front of the house, and an elevator. The fridge and freezer weren’t cleaned properly. The heating didn’t work because the air‑conditioner was broken, and one remote didn’t control it. The apartment wasn’t warm when I arrived. After showering, the bathroom flooded because the shower screen was faulty. The agency promised improvement but that isn’t a solution for us. The description on Booking is misleading. Much of the living area is shared, yet the listing advertises more private space than is actually available. The building and surroundings are in average condition. The photos suggest a comfort that wasn’t there (e.g., terrace pillows). The cleaning staff was blamed, but the agency apparently didn’t check anything. The property is overpriced for the service provided.
I’d come back for the rooftop terrace. The apartment wasn’t very clean, and there were no wine glasses available. Hair was found in the bathroom, and the coffee machine didn’t work.

The location is wonderful, the panoramic view is breathtaking, yet the area is quiet, well connected to the highway, the rooms are large, there’s a terrace, and a small grocery shop right next door.

A major downside is that a busy main road runs right in front of it, making the terrace experience unpleasant due to constant traffic noise from dawn to dusk. If you booked this place expecting a relaxing terrace time, you’ll be disappointed. Walking distance to the nearest café or supermarket is only about half a kilometre, and the main road lacks sidewalks. The location is very poor, stripping the apartment of any charm it might have had from its furnishings and terrace. Additionally, a second apartment shares the lobby and terrace, so the area exclusively yours is noticeably smaller than the photos imply. The nightly rate of over 200 EUR is very high and, in my view, unjustified given all these issues.
